Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with clinicians, IT, and operational leaders to design, implement, and optimize clinical information systems and workflows.
- Lead change management efforts by supporting the adoption of new technologies through education, training, and ongoing end-user support.
- Cookordinate clinical system implementations, testing, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization to ensure successful deployment and sustained adoption.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical, technical, quality, and regulatory teams to translate clinical needs into effective technology solutions.
- Support ongoing enhancements to clinical documentation, reporting, and integrated technologies that improve patient care, safety, efficiency, and the overall clinician experience.

What We Require for this Role
- Education: ASN required. Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree preferred.
- Related Work Experience: 2-4 years of nursing experience required. At least 2 years’ experience working with Epic applications.
- LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT: Certification in informatics/specialty strongly preferred. Active NJ RN license required
Scheduling Requirements
Monday-Friday, 8 hour day shifts.
Pay
$93,859.58 - $136,355.23/Annually based on 40 hours per week
