About the role
Deliver specialized dialysis care in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with dialysis treatments, including starting/stopping procedures and patient care during sessions.
- Maintain dialysis equipment and monitor water treatment and vascular access.
- Perform blood draws, prepare samples, and conduct basic laboratory tests.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and follow written instructions meticulously.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; clinical training or patient care experience preferred.
- Certification as a Dialysis Technician or related healthcare training.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
Competitive hourly pay.
Schedule
- Full-time, nonexempt role.
- 12-hour shifts, including every other Friday/Saturday.
