About the role

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work-life balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. This role requires an ambitious, operationally-focused, and results-driven leader who is a Registered Nurse.

  • Financial management: Oversee the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred, unless required by state or local laws; Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by the state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
  • Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the Regional Operations Director and/or Divisional Vice President.
  • Collaboration is key—you will work with clinical and financial teams daily to produce results aligned with business needs.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
