About the role
The Clinical Educator RN is responsible for developing and implementing educational activities to enhance and maintain high standards of patient care within the hospital.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute educational programs for staff to promote clinical excellence.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a BSN required.
- Current Texas Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification required within 14 days of role initiation.
Skills
- Master’s degree in nursing.
- Minimum of two years in management or teaching.
- Five years of acute care experience.
- Familiarity with hospital disciplines.
- Strong leadership skills.
