About the Role

A Clinical Nurse Educator focused on the Trauma Neuro ICU and Med Surg ICU, responsible for developing and delivering specialized education to enhance critical care nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs of ICU nurses and develop evidence-based educational programs.
• Support onboarding, preceptorship, and competency validation processes.
• Coordinate simulations, lead skills labs, and facilitate practice updates to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to promote quality and safety.
• Mentor nurses to support their professional development in high-acuity critical care settings.
