About the role
This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Align training efforts with corporate and regional business goals
- Ensure adherence to nursing practice standards and compliance
- Develop and deliver training for chronic kidney disease treatment
- Foster a culture of lifelong learning through various programs
- Collaborate with partners to implement education programs
- Utilize generational learning techniques for training delivery
- Support quality improvement metrics and maintain documentation
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Advanced degree BSN or MSN preferred
- Current RN state licensure in primary residence state
- Minimum of 1-year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse
- CDN or CNN certification preferred or must attain within 18 months
- CPR BLS Certification and ongoing training requirements
