Clinical Educator

About the Role

Inizio Engage, in partnership with a leading biotechnology company, is seeking a passionate and driven professional to provide disease state education and clinical support to healthcare professionals and office staff within primary care and specialty practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a top biotechnology company and contribute to improving healthcare provider knowledge, ultimately enhancing patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual supplemental disease state, device education, and engagement calls to patients enrolled in the program.
• Present educational “Train The Trainer” programs, both live and virtual, to Healthcare Professionals following client guidelines.
• Travel to assist in areas of highest demand for educating patients, including Spanish-speaking patients.
• Attend and complete all required training courses and competency assessments within specified timeframes.
• Complete administrative tasks, including daily updates, weekly activity reports, emails, and monthly expense reports.
• Attend local and national meetings/conferences to stay updated on plans, activities, and developments.
• Effectively manage assigned territory(s) and travel outside of territory as needed.
• Uncover referral pathways across multidisciplinary teams.
• Document all patient and office-related activities accurately and timely.
• Adhere to internal and external compliance and codes of conduct.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist License required.
• Associate's degree/Bachelors/BSN or equivalent work-related experience.
• Preferred minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a respiratory disease state or related field.
• Previous experience in Pharma/biotech as a clinical educator or in sales preferred.
• Ability to present to physicians and office staff.
• Evidence of continual professional development.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% via car/airplane with overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist License.
• Associate's degree/Bachelors/BSN or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in respiratory disease state or related field (preferred).

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $85K – $159K per year. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
