Clinical Educator
About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Educator who will conduct specialized training on the technical use of Laborie products for healthcare professionals in a clinical or surgical environment. The role involves installing, training, and educating end users on new equipment, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with sales and service teams.
Responsibilities
- Install, train, and educate end users on newly purchased urodynamic equipment and supporting products, ensuring compliance with ICS and Laborie standards.
- Provide ongoing customer support and training, proactively addressing needs and ensuring comfort with equipment usage.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify new opportunities through educational events and deliver advanced presentations to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site visits and customer interactions in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in the health care field.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (clinical education experience in the hospital, clinic, or medical device setting preferred).
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the designated region required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in nursing, midwifery, or urology preferred.
Skills
Technical expertise in the use of urodynamic equipment and supporting products, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
