About the Role

The Clinical Education – Preceptor Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for building and expanding AMO's national clinical network by identifying, engaging, and developing partnerships with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations that support clinical education programs. This is a highly results-driven role designed for professionals with a strong foundation in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, or credentialing. The role is remote, with collaboration expected via virtual platforms, and occasional use of the Chicago office is optional. Candidates must reside in Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, New York, Ohio, or Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Build and expand AMO's clinical network through strategic outreach via email, phone, video, social media, and other channels.
  • Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting to onboarding readiness, prioritizing opportunities and meeting performance expectations.
  • Leverage HubSpot and other tools to prioritize and manage outreach, maintain documentation, and report pipeline health.
  • Apply knowledge of provider types, clinical specialties, and credentialing requirements to qualify prospective partners.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the value of partnering with AMO.
  • Guide partners through onboarding, following SOPs, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate handoffs to internal teams.
  • Negotiate educational stipends and collect contractual and credentialing documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet school partner needs and placement timelines.
  • Communicate professionally with external partners and internal stakeholders, utilizing networks like LinkedIn.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment strategies and internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success meeting KPIs, quotas, or performance metrics in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Experience working with physicians, PAs, NPs, and/or healthcare organizations.
  • Understanding of provider credentialing processes, including licensure and board certification verification.
  • Experience managing CRM-based recruitment pipelines; HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Ability to learn and execute processes independently with sound judgment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and accountability in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Pay

Competitive base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with a bonus structure tied to KPI and revenue goals.
