Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team of therapists, case managers, and behavioral staff.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure clinical programming aligns with best practices in adolescent mental health and traumainformed care.
- Conduct regular clinical supervision and staff performance evaluations.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation standards (e.g., DBH, Joint Commission).
- Collaborate across departments to support holistic care.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred
- Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
- Current and active clinical licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) in the state of Virginia
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing clinical services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience working with adolescents in a residential or acute care setting.
- Strong knowledge of traumainformed care, evidence-based practices, and adolescent development.
- Proficient in clinical documentation, EMR systems, and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Joint Commission accreditation and Department of Behavioral Health regulations.
- Certification or training in traumafocused CBT, DBT, or other adolescent treatment modalities.
- Experience with family therapy and systems-based approaches.

Work Environment and Schedule
- Primarily onsite, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed for family meetings, emergencies, or audits.
