Responsibilities
- Implementing person-centered care plans
- Providing support services to residents
- Collaborating with families and community partners
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to anti-racism principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (positions requiring vehicle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (behavioral health, social work, etc.)
- Experience in residential care settings preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (positions requiring vehicle)
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
