Clinical Director/Lead Clinician

About the role

Magnolia Belle Women's Addiction Wellness is seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Clinical Director to lead and oversee all clinical operations of its residential program. The Clinical Director will supervise clinical staff, ensure program compliance, and maintain the highest standards of client care. This position blends strong administrative leadership with advanced clinical expertise and includes a limited client caseload with facilitation of therapeutic groups and individual sessions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all clinical operations of the residential program.
• Supervise and support clinical staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Ensure program compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of client care and clinical quality.
• Maintain a limited client caseload.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and individual therapy sessions as needed to support overall program delivery.

Requirements

• Professional licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LAC.
• Ability to pass an acceptable drug screen and background check.
• Advanced clinical expertise in behavioral health and addiction treatment.
• Demonstrated administrative leadership experience.
