About the role

The Clinical Director will lead, earn, and build equity at Gentle Dental New Bedford. This is a leadership opportunity to mentor providers, maintain clinical autonomy, and build long-term equity.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow the clinical team
• Maintain clinical autonomy while leading the practice
• Build long-term equity within the practice

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership role in dentistry
• Ability to mentor and develop clinical staff
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for building equity within the practice

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Current license to practice dentistry in MA
• Experience with modern, fully digital practices

Skills

• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
