Clinical Director - General Dentist -FFS/PPO - Equity Opportunity

About the role

The Clinical Director will lead a modern, fully digital practice while continuing to provide full-time patient care. This is a leadership opportunity to mentor providers, maintain clinical autonomy, and practice comprehensive dentistry at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop the clinical team
• Maintain clinical autonomy and provide oversight

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in dentistry
• Experience in a leadership role
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree
• Licensure to practice in MA
• Passing score on the composite exam

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Knowledge of modern dental practices and technology
