About the role

The Clinical Director will lead, earn, and build equity at Gentle Dental Norwood. They will mentor providers, maintain clinical autonomy, and deliver comprehensive dentistry in a high-demand setting.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow the clinical team
• Maintain clinical autonomy while leading the practice
• Deliver comprehensive dentistry in a high-demand setting
• Perform comprehensive procedures including multi-specialty treatments
• Lead the practice towards becoming an equity partner

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in dentistry
• Experience in managing a dental practice
• Ability to mentor and develop other providers
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Current license to practice dentistry in Massachusetts
• Passing score on the National Board Dental Examination Part II

Pay

Expected earnings: $300,000 – $500,000+ (based on production)
