About the role

Solving Autism, LLC is seeking a Clinic Director/Co-Director with BCBA Certification for its South Charlotte clinic site. Ideal candidates must have current BCBA certification with at least two years of experience in clinic-based or home-based ABA practices, extensive experience with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder, proficiency in conducting assessments, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the clinical operations of the South Charlotte clinic, ensuring high-quality ABA therapy services are provided.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans and positive behavior support strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing education and support to families and caregivers through monthly workshops and other resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment that supports both staff and client well-being.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification with at least two years of experience in clinic-based or home-based ABA practices.
  • NC licensure or eligibility to apply for licensure.
  • Extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Proficiency in conducting formal assessments such as VB MAPP, The Vineland, PEAK, etc.
  • Experience writing and implementing high-quality treatment plans and positive behavior support plans.
  • A passion for training, mentoring, and supervising RBTs.
  • Commitment to providing monthly education opportunities to families and caregivers.
  • Experience using electronic medical record/ practice management applications (Central Reach preferred).
  • Completion of the BACB's 8-hour Supervision Course for BCBA's.

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience, plus quarterly bonuses.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, day shifts.
