About the role
Solving Autism, LLC is seeking a Clinic Director/Co-Director with BCBA Certification for its South Charlotte clinic site. Ideal candidates must have current BCBA certification with at least two years of experience in clinic-based or home-based ABA practices, extensive experience with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder, proficiency in conducting assessments, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical operations of the South Charlotte clinic, ensuring high-quality ABA therapy services are provided.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans and positive behavior support strategies.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Conduct regular data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions and improve outcomes.
- Provide ongoing education and support to families and caregivers through monthly workshops and other resources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment that supports both staff and client well-being.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification with at least two years of experience in clinic-based or home-based ABA practices.
- NC licensure or eligibility to apply for licensure.
- Extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Proficiency in conducting formal assessments such as VB MAPP, The Vineland, PEAK, etc.
- Experience writing and implementing high-quality treatment plans and positive behavior support plans.
- A passion for training, mentoring, and supervising RBTs.
- Commitment to providing monthly education opportunities to families and caregivers.
- Experience using electronic medical record/ practice management applications (Central Reach preferred).
- Completion of the BACB's 8-hour Supervision Course for BCBA's.

Pay
Salary commensurate with experience, plus quarterly bonuses.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, day shifts.
