About the role
Solving Autism, LLC is seeking a dedicated Clinical Director with BCBA Certification to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a leader in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we are looking for an experienced professional who can lead by example, collaborate with colleagues, and drive quality ABA therapy services. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and direction to a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Mentor BCBA, BCaBA, and Student Analyst staff through positive modeling, oversight, and ongoing collaboration
- Develop and implement high-quality treatment plans and positive behavior support plans
- Conduct formal assessments, including VB Mapp, The Vineland, PEAK, and other relevant tools
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive company culture
- Oversee clinic operations leading by example
- Participate in monthly education opportunities for families and caregivers
- Partner with Regional Director to monitor KPIs and clinic success
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification with at least three years of experience working in a clinic-based or home-based ABA practice
- Current NC licensure, or eligibility to apply for this status
- Extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges, including autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency with conducting various formal assessments and writing treatment plans
- Passion for training, mentoring, and supervising staff
- Ability to collect, review, and utilize data for treatment decisions
- Commitment to providing monthly education opportunities to families and caregivers
- Experience using EMR systems, preferably Central Reach
- Proof of completion for the BACB's 8-hour Supervision Course for BCBAs

Pay
Competitive salary with quarterly bonus potential up to $115,000 per year, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shifts
Work Location: In-person at our South Charlotte clinic.
