Job Details
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA therapy programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Analyze treatment data and adjust programming to support meaningful progress for each client
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality therapy delivery
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment goals
- Deliver parent training and guidance to promote skill generalization outside of therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company and BACB standards
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
