About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Full time, Permanent Clinical Director - BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership in the delivery of behavioral health services to our diverse patient population. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care while also driving continuous improvement in our clinical operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of behavioral health services, ensuring the provision of high-quality care that is consistent with evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements
  • Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to our team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
  • Collaborate with other clinical and administrative leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for the continuous improvement of our clinical operations
  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new clinical staff
  • Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Participate in the development and delivery of staff training programs
  • Serve as a clinical resource for staff, patients, and families, providing consultation and guidance as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including the collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical outcome data
  • Represent the organization in professional and community forums, promoting our services and building relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical supervisory experience in ABA or behavioral health settings
  • Active Pennsylvania professional licensure
  • Must meet the Clinical Director qualifications under 55 Pa. code chapter 5240
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively communicate complex clinical information to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Proficiency in the use of electronic health records and other clinical information systems
  • Ability to pass a background check and other pre-employment screening requirements

Pay

$90,000 - $130,000 per year
