Clinical Director

Core Requirements

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Oregon license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) or license-eligible.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience with at least 2 years fully licensed.
• Supervision: At least 2 years in a program management or clinical supervisory role.
• Language: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Medicaid Knowledge: Proven experience navigating Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan (OHP) standards, CCOs, and billing compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Supervision: Provide high-level mentorship and track credential logs for diverse providers.
• System Operations: Align EHR architecture with OHA rules and manage insurance/Medicaid audits.
• Service Delivery: Maintain a small, culturally affirming trauma-informed caseload (4-6 patients/week).

Pay

$90,000 – $120,000 yearly

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours/week (Flexible, hybrid schedule)
