Clinical Director (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and fidelity of ABA programming across the center.
• Review and analyze clinical data to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure quality care by supervising BCBAs and RBTs through observation, coaching, and feedback.
• Guide onboarding and development for all new clinical team members.
• Collaborate with the Center Administrator on daily operations.
• Provide regular, meaningful supervision to RBTs and BCBAs.
• Lead monthly BCBA meetings and foster a culture of learning and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with the BACB supervision and ethical standards.
• Partner with families, caregivers, and professionals to create individualized, consistent care plans.
• Participate and support in interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care with allied professionals.
• Maintain open, compassionate communication with families throughout the treatment journey.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience, including staff supervision.
• Completion of BACB supervision training.
• Ability to meet physical demands of working with young children (e.g., bending, floor play, lifting up to 40 lbs).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Pay

The expected salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity.

Schedule

This is a full-time position out of the Eatontown, NJ Early Intervention Center. Typical working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM.
