Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise BCBAs and RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Partner with our consultant to build out and optimize our CentralReach practice management system
- Take on a growing caseload of learners as we build our client roster together
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Compensation and Schedule
- Starting Hourly: $90 to $110/hour, with a clear path to full time Clinical Director salary as caseload builds
- Clinical Director Salary: $95,000 to $110,000/year, plus bonuses and benefits
- Full Time: 40 hours/week
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Skills and Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
