Lead the Delivery of Trauma-Informed Care LCSW Or LMHC Required $90,000 THE ROLE The Clinical Director partners with the AVP to lead the implementation of clinical services across Win’s transitional housing programs. This role advances initiatives that strengthen and standardize social work practices, while providing critical feedback to Program Directors and staff to drive continuous program improvement. As part of a DHS-funded program under the THRIVE NYC initiative, the Clinical Director delivers clinical supervision and consultation, supporting trauma-informed care for families experiencing chronic homelessness or significant trauma. What You Will Do Partner with Clinical Supervisors to ensure high-quality clinical case management for families and individualsProvide individual and group counseling using trauma-informed and harm reduction approachesBuild and maintain strong referral networks for mental health and substance use servicesLead the implementation of evidence-based practices and support development of clinical assessment toolsDeliver training in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care to strengthen staff capabilityProvide clinical oversight, site support, and strategic input on mental health initiatives across programs Who You Will Be You will hold a current New York State LCSW or LMHC, with at least three (3) years of experience supporting individuals and families facing acute challenges, including homelessness, mental health concerns, substance use, trauma, poverty, and systemic barriersYou will demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC)You will bring proven clinical supervisory experience, with the ability to guide and support staff effectivelyYou will have solid computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office toolsYou will have bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
