The Role

As Clinical Director, you will lead and mentor the veterinary team, partner with the Hospital Manager to drive hospital success, support clinical quality, standards, and compliance, guide DVM development and mentorship, contribute to hospital growth and clinical excellence, and serve as a clinical resource for complex cases. You'll play a key role in helping VetnCare deliver on our mission of "next-level care, next door."

What We're Looking For

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
• Licensed (or eligible) in California
• 5+ years clinical experience
• Leadership experience as Medical Director, Clinical Director, or Lead Veterinarian preferred
• Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and high-quality medicine
