Clinical Director

Position Overview

The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the capacity, standards, quality assurance, utilization review, and grants/contract management of all clinical, counseling, and case management programs. This role provides direct clinical and administrative supervision and consultation to assigned staff and contributes to the financial stability of the agency.

• Ability to pass a Washington State Patrol Criminal History Check and a negative TB test.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a related field with at least five years of post-master’s clinical experience.
• Experience working with at-risk youth, families, and diverse populations.
• Prior supervisory experience demonstrating the ability to manage programs, budgets, and staff.
• Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
• Required licensure in social work or a related field, along with necessary supervisory certifications.
• MHP and CMHS certifications required; EMMHS certification preferred.
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate programs and assist with strategic planning.
• Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative, adaptability, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with community resources and service providers.
