About the role
The Physical Therapist Clinical Director is responsible for complete oversight of operations and administration of rehabilitative outpatient clinic providing Physical and Occupational Therapy. Ensures compliance with all regulations and health care requirements. This position is also responsible for patient evaluation and treatment. Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting census goals of clinic and each clinician (office KPIs, number of patients seen).
- Scorecard review weekly with RCD.
- Working with People Operations, ensures compliance with all federal and state employment laws.
- Facility maintenance.
- Review and approve timecards through ADP ensuring adherence to all federal and state regulations with respect to Exempt and Non-Exempt staff.
