About the role

High Point & Affiliated Organizations (HPAO) is a health and human service agency committed to treating and preventing substance use disorders and mental illness. We offer a comprehensive range of services across Southeastern Massachusetts, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based care. Our mission is to help individuals and families achieve personal change and improve their quality of life.

Requirements

• Must always present as courteous and professional.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas logically.
• Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others.
• TB screening.
• Certification in the HPTC approved de-escalation program.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and software programs, including the ability to learn, use, and train HPAO's electronic medical records.
• Ability to provide leadership and supervision within the unit/program.
• Knowledge of major clinical therapeutic models and behavioral health best practices.
• Knowledge of diagnostic criteria, assessment skills, and case management ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, including LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/LADC1.
• Master's/Doctoral degree in Human Services related field such as psychology or social work.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical supervisory experience and five (5) years of behavioral health counseling experience.

Pay, Schedule, and Benefits

Pay Range: $93,600-$120,640 salaried annually depending on experience, education, and licensure.
Status: Full Time; Monday-Friday
Shift: Day Shift (can be flexible; generally, 8am-4:30pm or 9a-5:30pm)
