Clinical Director
About the Role
All Heart Home Care is seeking a collaborative and dynamic Clinical Director to oversee the daily operations of our office, which services fourteen counties in middle Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Budget oversight
- Management of clinical and clerical staff
- Monitoring patient admissions and visits
- Maintaining compliance with insurance authorizations
- Documentation and monthly billing
Qualifications
- Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee nursing license or other Compact state nursing license
- Current and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insurance
- Working knowledge of the framework, organization, and function of the home health/private duty care industry
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare and Private Insurance guidelines
- Thorough knowledge of the principles and methods involved in planning and directing personnel
- Three or more years of Home Health experience
- Three or more years of Management experience
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening
