About the role
Oversee the clinical operation, program development, and direct supervision of staff in a residential treatment program.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Executive Director or Regional VP and Program Coordinator(s) to provide education to staff, clients, and family members.
- Monitor all clinical records and programming to ensure compliance with Department of State Health Services, Joint Commission, and TRS standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain program curriculum using evidence-based treatment and best practices, with approval from the Executive Director or Regional VP.
- Provide specialty services to enhance clients’ treatment experience.
- Provide direct supervision to clinical staff and direct reports.
- Train and assist in the professional development of staff.
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with staff to communicate issues regarding procedures, processes, and overall effectiveness.
- Assist with marketing and community relations as needed.
- Conduct specialty groups as outlined by the Executive Director or Regional VP.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Three years of direct clinical services experience plus three years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience with a 12-step program preferred.
