As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives through exceptional patient care, and inspirational Clinical Leadership to our team of clinicians. Location: 2101 S Arlington Heights Rd Suite #116 & Suite #185, Arlington Heights, IL 60005 In This Role, You Will Oversee the clinical operations and staffing for our Arlington Heights clinic location.Manage a small caseload, providing evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, Unified Protocol) to clients attending individual therapy while demonstrating excellent management, retention, and termination of clients on caseloadTraining: A minimum of one monthly individual supervision for each fully licensed staff (including clinical supervisors)Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly organizational trainingGroup Supervision: Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly group supervision Minimum Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinical leadership roleMust be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with any of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
