Minimum Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active and unrestricted dental license in the State of CA
• Minimum 5 years of clinical dental experience
• Minimum 2 years of leadership/Dental Director experience

Preferred Experience

• Experience with HRSA compliance and UDS reporting
• Experience leading integrated care initiatives
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Your Role in Action

As Our Clinical Dental Director, You Will:

• Lead and oversee all clinical dental services and providers
• Establish and maintain evidence-based clinical standards and protocols
• Conduct peer reviews, chart audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and risk management
• Recruit, mentor, and support dentists
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-focused culture
• Conduct provider evaluations and performance coaching
• Ensure compliance with HRSA, FTCA, OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental regulations
• Maintain documentation and quality standards across the dental program
