A Registered Nurse providing high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with medical teams, and acting as an advocate for patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, administer medications, monitor responses, and document care thoroughly.
• Respond swiftly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care.

Unit Details

Short-stay Clinical Decision Unit for observation and post-operative monitoring, staffed by RNs, techs, and managers.

Qualifications

• RN license within 90 days of employment.
• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications within specified timelines.
• Associate Degree required.
