Clinical Coordinator, Wound Care
About the Role
The Clinical Coordinator facilitates daily patient flow through the department and supervises nursing care delivery on each shift. This position performs a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative, along with multiple clinical and coordination tasks at a high competency level. The role requires knowledge of department and hospital policies and procedures relevant to clinical care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and facilitate daily patient flow through the department.
- Supervise nursing care delivery on each shift.
- Perform technical procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative.
- Execute multiple clinical and coordination tasks with a high degree of competency.
- Apply knowledge of department and hospital policies and procedures relevant to clinical care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- Two years of healthcare/medical, nursing, or patient care experience is required.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.

The compensation for this position is determined based on qualifications, relevant training and experience, skill level, shift differentials (where applicable), internal equity, and current market conditions.
