About the role

The Clinical Coordinator (Dialysis/RN) Downtown Orlando is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dialysis department, ensuring patient care standards are met, and managing staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the dialysis department
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and patient care standards
• Manage and mentor a team of RNs and other healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
• Respond to emergencies and manage crisis situations within the department

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN)
• Current Florida RN license
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or dialysis facility
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of dialysis procedures and protocols
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
