Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Coordinator - Charge Registered Nurse - Dialysis to manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. The role supports the organization's mission of delivering superior care to improve the quality of life of patients.

Job Description

• Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to direct patient care staff.
• Ensure compliance with company and facility procedures and regulations.
• Manage the scheduling and hiring of staff, and recommend disciplinary actions.
• Train and orient staff, and oversee the implementation of patient care plans.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, and monitor patient care activities.
• Assume primary responsibility in emergencies and communicate with rounding physicians.
• Administer medications and educate patients and families about dialysis therapy.
• Supervise the use of equipment and complete required training programs.
