Success Profile

Manages the daily operations of outpatient centers, hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team. Collaborates with physicians, tracks and delivers superior patient outcomes, and monitors regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed.
