Job Description
The Clinical Coordinator - Charge Registered Nurse - Dialysis is responsible for providing day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to direct patient care staff. They ensure compliance with company and facility procedures, approve or disapprove schedule changes, participate in patient care plan meetings, and train and orient staff as necessary.
Success Profile
- Strong management skills
- Prior direct patient care experience
- Technical skills and genuine passion for developing deep relationships with patients
- Experience in ICU, PCU, or surgery
- Leadership skills and independence for making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to educate patients and provide exceptional customer service
