This work-from-home opportunity is ideal for an independently licensed behavioral health professional who enjoys supporting members with complex mental health and substance use needs. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized care plansCollaborate with providers and coordinate behavioral health and psychosocial servicesUse Motivational Interviewing to engage members and help reduce clinical risk factorsProvide crisis intervention and connect members with appropriate treatment and follow-up careSupport members with complex behavioral and physical health needs Schedule Standard business hoursOne late day per week until 7:00 PM local timeNo holidaysPreference for candidates residing in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work or CounselingActive, unrestricted independent behavioral health license, such as LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, or state equivalent3+ years of post-master’s direct clinical experience3+ years working with mental health and substance use disorders3+ years using Motivational InterviewingStrong technology skills and ability to document while speaking with members Preferred Crisis intervention experienceManaged care or utilization review experienceCase management and discharge planning experience Bring your clinical experience to a remote role that combines meaningful member support, collaboration, and complex care coordination. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $54,095.00 - $116,760.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
