Responsibilities
- Provide case management and clinical services to assigned participants
- Administer administrative duties and clinical support for participants, including supported employment
- Provide clinical training and support for staff
- Manage all financial information and benefits for participants
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service field with four years related experience and/or training
- Experience with supported employment activities and the participant population preferred

About the Role
NFI North is seeking a full-time Clinical Case Manager for our Pathways Transitional Housing Program in Concord, NH. This program is a community residence serving 16 individuals and includes a day treatment component. We provide intensive clinical, medical, vocational and residential services to adult men and women with mental health challenges working towards independent living.

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of mental health and behavioral health services
- Experience with supported employment activities
