CLINICAL CASE MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and clinical services to assigned participants
• Support administrative duties
• Support participants with financial information, benefits management, and supported employment
• Train and support staff in these areas
• Part of on call rotation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field required
• Four years’ related experience and/or training with client population
• Experience with supported employment activities and Medicaid and benefits management knowledge preferred
