Responsibilities
- Provide case management and clinical services to assigned participants
- Support administrative duties
- Support participants with financial information, benefits management, and supported employment
- Train and support staff in these areas
- Part of on call rotation
- Bachelor’s degree in the human services field required
- Four years’ related experience and/or training with client population
- Experience with supported employment activities and Medicaid and benefits management knowledge preferred
