About the Role
The CCT is a direct patient caregiver who assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients including phlebotomy and EKG's. Providing patient care, based on physical, education, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients in assigned service. Ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding status of patient’s care. Participating in collaboration of our patient's plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning.
Responsibilities
- Aids patients with activities of daily living.
- Provides nursing care to patients including phlebotomy and EKG's.
- Communicates effectively with patients and nursing colleagues regarding patient care.
- Collaborates on the patient's plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- BLS required. (American Heart Association).
- Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program preferred.
- Certified nursing assistant preferred.
Qualifications

Pay
The pay range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey is $20.57 - $25.81 per hour.
Schedule
The shift is a Day Shift, 36 hours per week.
