Responsibilities

• Manage operational, clinical, and administrative functions within assigned departments.
• Participate in shared governance and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify and develop future nursing leaders through succession planning, education, and support.
• Assist with staffing to ensure quality clinical care for diverse patient populations.
• Promote a collaborative culture focused on patient safety and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of hospital or outpatient nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated clinical competency in the relevant specialty area.
• Current Georgia RN licensure and BCLS certification required.
