Clinical Care Manager - Critical Care PCU

About the role

This position is responsible for the administrative and operational management of assigned departments, including cost control, human resources, quality of care, clinical outcomes, and staff satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the management team
• Promote patient- and family-centered care
• Support change management initiatives
• Lead succession planning and talent identification
• Provide education and resources to develop future nursing leaders
• May assist in staffing to deliver clinical care across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations

Qualifications

• Recognized nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in a leadership role
• Valid RN licensure in Georgia or a multistate license
• BCLS certification
