Clinical Care Manager - Critical Care PCU

Role Overview This position involves providing administrative and operational leadership for assigned departments, focusing on managing costs, finance, human resources, quality of care, clinical outcomes, and staff and patient satisfaction. The role includes serving as part of the management team, promoting the organization’s mission and values, and supporting a person-centered, family-oriented approach across the continuum of care. Key Responsibilities Oversee departmental operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.Participate in change management and strategic planning.Identify and develop future nursing leaders through succession planning, support, education, and resources.Assist in staffing and provide clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients as needed. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings, including at least 1 year of leadership experience.Demonstrated clinical competency in the relevant specialty area.Current RN licensure in Georgia and Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
