About the role
The Clinical Care Coordinator, in alignment with the goals of PCMH (Patient Centered Medical Home), will be primarily responsible for panel management within primary care. The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining multiple working relationships with providers, internal and external care teams, front office assistants, and primary care core leaders to ensure optimal quality health care.

Requirements
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
- Washington Medical Assistant Registered (within 60 days of hire)
- Office experience including customer service, computers, Microsoft Office software (Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint), and patient interaction experience
Qualifications
- 2 years healthcare experience (preferred)

Located in sunny Tri-Cities, Washington, Kadlec is the largest non-profit healthcare provider in the region, offering primary and specialty care to patients in the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. Pay
The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $33.97 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
