Clinical Care Associate
The Opportunity
An H-Wave sales Clinical Care Associate offers the unique ability to genuinely help patients and make an impact on their lives. Clinical Care Associates work regularly with clinicians and patients to provide drug-free pain relief and functional improvement for people recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic pain.

Ensuring exceptional customer service is given to each patient during in-person consultations, collaborating with the Sales Consultant to meet monthly sales and conversion quotas, and maintaining a thorough understanding of company policies, processes, and software to support efficient field sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Consultant in the field with the completion of forms and/or paperwork as a result of consultations and device orders
- Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to meet monthly sales and conversion quotas, focusing on in-person demonstrations
- Initiate contact, schedule home unit instruction and follow up at 72 hours on all referrals for H-Wave home units assigned by Corporate, the RSD or the Sales Consultant
- Confirm appointments and conduct consultations in the field to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction
- Work independently in the field following directions and established processes, while effectively managing your assigned territory
Requirements
- Must reside in the Inland Empire, CA area
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in anatomy or physiology preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals in a rapidly changing environment
- Customer Service experience, ideally working with external customers
- Strong oral and written communication skills across various media including phone, video, and email
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
