Clinical Care Advisor IDD (Program Consultant)

About the role

This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing compliance and daily operations with external client facing programs
• Help ensure program meets its stated objectives
• Provide support to a team of advisors in day to day operations
• Research applicable subject matter practices and remain aware of industry trends
• Coordinate training related to the external client facing program
• Support program success measures and assist with data collection relating to program success

Requirements

• BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years experience in external client facing program management; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Qualifications

• Candidate should reside in North Carolina is preferred
• Active RN, LCSW, LMHC, LPC or LMFT licensure for the state of North Carolina is highly preferred
• Lived experiences with behavioral health programs is strongly preferred
• Experience with North Carolina 1915 programs is greatly preferred
• Experience working and supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is highly preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with a specific focus on Excel, are strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills are preferred
