Clinical Business Intelligence Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface meaningful trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery and organizational efficiency
• Translate complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity standards are upheld across all reporting systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics outputs with real-world clinical and organizational priorities

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management in a regulated environment
• Proven ability to design, build, and manage BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
• Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets across complex healthcare settings
• A natural leader who can guide and develop a BI team while maintaining high standards for data quality and output
• A strong communicator who can translate data findings into clear narratives for diverse audiences
• Self-directed and dependable when working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with advanced LLMs or AI training pipelines
• Experience building analytics frameworks that feed into machine learning or AI systems
• Background in value-based care, population health, or clinical quality improvement
