Clinical Business Intelligence Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
• Maintain and continuously optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — for accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends and support leadership decisions
• Translate complex healthcare data into trusted, accessible insights that improve care delivery and organizational efficiency
• Apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve how AI models interpret and reason about clinical data
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
• Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models at scale
• Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
• Strong communicator who can translate technical findings for both clinical and executive audiences
• Detail-oriented and systematic in your approach to data quality and governance
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently without close supervision

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
• Background in EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA or HL7/FHIR
• Experience evaluating AI-generated content or outputs for accuracy and appropriateness
