About the Role

What if your expertise in clinical analytics could directly shape how AI understands and interprets healthcare data for millions of patients? We're looking for a Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics teams, build trusted data infrastructure, and turn complex healthcare datasets into insights that drive real decisions.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced healthcare analytics professionals who want to work at the frontier of AI development — with the autonomy and flexibility of freelance work.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
  • Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
  • Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery
  • Translate complex, multi-source healthcare data into clear, actionable insights for clinical and executive stakeholders
  • Ensure data integrity and governance standards are upheld across regulated healthcare environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI projects that sit at the intersection of clinical knowledge and machine learning

Who You Are

  • Seasoned professional with strong experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management
  • Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, data models, and SQL-based infrastructure
  • Experienced working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare settings
  • A clear communicator who can bridge the gap between technical data work and clinical or executive decision-making
  • Detail-oriented and systematic — you hold yourself and your team to high standards of data quality
  • Self-directed and effective when working remotely and asynchronously

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, or machine learning workflows
  • Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or population health analytics
  • Experience contributing to AI training datasets or model evaluation

Why Join Us

  • Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside the world's leading AI research labs
  • Fully remote and flexible — structure your hours around your life
  • Freelance autonomy with the substance of meaningful, high-impact work
  • Direct exposure to advanced LLMs and how they're trained on real-world healthcare knowledge
  • Contribute to work that connects clinical expertise to the future of AI
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
